Africans working for the rich

WHY AFRICANS WORKING FOR THE RICH ARE NOT RICH

Welcome to Kanselor University. Today, we will help you see why Africans working for the rich are usually poor. Its important that you understand this because a lot of times, we work hard but still wonder why we are not making any headway in life.
Something used to baffle me about teachers in school. For instance, I know teachers who taught men and women principles that have made these men and women very rich yet they themselves are wallowing in poverty.

A banker recently came to me asking for a job because he had just lost his job. He had worked in the banking industry for years and had managed very big accounts. I was amazed at his desperation because I thought that having worked in the banking industry in a senior level, that creating wealth outside the banking industry would be a very simple thing for him. He shocked me the more when he made me understand that he was broke.

So, I want to use the story of Zachariah to teach Africans working for the rich the lessons that will help them understand the secrets to wealth creation from working for the rich.
Zachariah was a Jewish priest in ancient Israel and he served in the Second temple era. The worship at the temple was based on the laws that God gave the descendants of Abraham. Zachariah like Abraham through whom he got his job believed in God. Like Abraham for years, Zachariah had no child.
Part of Zachariah's Job was to teach people about the faith of Abraham and how Abraham waited for years without doubt to get a child from God. Zachariah when he was on duty taught people without children about Abraham.

But at the core of Zachariah's being, he did not understand the principles that Abraham used to get a child to use it for himself. Yet he taught people to believe that they would have children even in their old age, Zachariah never understood how this worked though he taught it. This was why when the same kind of Angel that told Abraham came to Zachariah and told him that he would have a child, Zachariah told the Angel that it was not possible. This was a man that makes his living from teaching people about Abraham.

The lesson here and which is why Africans working for the rich are broke is that most Africans working for the rich have conditioned themselves to believe that certain principles cannot work in their own lives so they would never try those principles which they use to create wealth for others for themselves.

Most Africans working for the rich just see themselves as tools in the wealth creation process of the rich. They would never believe that they are more than a tool and try to learn the principle. This is why a man who has been giving financial advise as a banking staff will be desperate to pick up another job because while he was working, he never saw himself as acquiring principles that will make him rich rather he saw himself as a tool that is used to create wealth and is just satisfied to get is salary.
Andrew Carnegie for instance employed thousands of workers in his steel mill. He then built Libraries within the steel mill complex for his staff. Ironically, very few of his staff made use of the Library from where they would have learnt the secrets behind what they were doing and then cease from being just steel making tools.

Africans working for the rich are poor because most of them see themselves as just tools and never try to learn the principles behind what they are doing.
The question you must ask yourself is DO I UNDERSTAND THE PRINCIPLES GUIDING WEALTH CREATION IN MY PLACE OF WORK
That is the only way Africans working for the rich can become rich. They must start to seek the principle behind what they are doing rather than just do what they are asked to do.
